  • 2 cups arugula microgreens
  • 2 cups spinach (or other microgreens)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 200 g gruyere (grated)
  • 200 g Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Lightly toast the nuts on a pan.
  • You blend everything.
  • You can add a little more of the ingredient you prefer as taste.
  • Consume with pleasure!
