Ingredients

  • 1 plate of microgreens, squeezed into juice
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • honey or maple syrup, to taste (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (can replace with 1/2 tsp almond extract)
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  • In a closed container (jar) mix all ingredients, stir well and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, but best until the next day)
  • When ready you can add fruit, coconut, or other additives of your choice.
