Baked Tuna Rolls with micro greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (plain)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g sushi grade tuna
  • 2 cups micro greens
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce

Preparation

  • Mix the sesame and spices, coating the fish with them.
  • Fry it on all sides for 2-3 minutes in a little olive oil. Wait for it to cool and cut into thin pieces.
  • Slice the cucumber and avocado into thin pieces/julienne.
  • You roll the ingredients and micro greens like you would roll sushi roll in tuna.
  • Serve and enjoy!
