Description
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 diced avocado
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup micro greens of your choice
For the peanut sauce:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water and as much more as needed for dilution
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
